Service Level Agreement
Although the majority of our customers' have their own SLA's we base our service on the following service level agreement.
Number of CV's sent per vacancy - 4
Percentage of CV's to interview - 50%
Percentage of Interview to offer - 33%
Percentage of offer to acceptance - 85%
